Mmm... now that's a way to start a Monday. It was my uncle who pointed out to me when I was very young that Garbo was so beautiful from every angle. Her features are wonderful, but so is her bearing and her expressiveness.
I'm sorry to admit that I've never seen this movie. But I do love Garbo. One of my favorite movies is Garbo Talks with Ann Bancroft. That movie made me want to see all of Garbo's great films, which I still hope to accomplish. Thanks for posting this trailer, it was fun to watch.
Sounds like a very wise Uncle, G. ;)
Hilarywho...Ninotchka is as good a place to start as any. Billy Wilder was one of the screenwriters, so you know it's witty as well as charming. And then there's that scene in the diner..
he's being a bit pompous and then he falls of his chair. Priceless!
