A late night talk show phones and requests you take over hosting duties for 1 evening. You can have 3 guests...1)someone from the movies, 2)an author/artist, and 3)a music act.
You also can choose your 4)theme song and 5)closing theme as the credits roll...
What is your dream show? Quick! Get dressed and go!
Mine:
1)
Woody Allen(turns down invite; Regis takes his place)2)
Harper Lee(turns down invite; I take camera and mic out on sidewalk and ask passer's to show what they have in their pockets).3)
Norah Jones(bless her heart...she shows up).4)
Splanky5)
Things Ain't What They Used To Be
3 Comments:
1) John Sayles
2) Shakespeare (if I can't have him - because you know, he's dead and all - then I'll take Rohinton Mistry
3) Evanescence
4) Entrance of the Queen of Sheba (Handel)
5) String of Pearls (Benny Goodman)
A show I'd enjoy!
I remember really being enthralled with 'The Secret of Roan Inish.' One of a few I even bought on tape.
I'd be a klutz with WS:
"So, Bill, written anything good lately?"
Phil, I don't think you'd have to worry about WS. Being an actor too, he'd probably just take over and perform both sides of the interview. :)
I love The Secret of Roan Inish - the young actress was so endearing. All his films are so different.
